Absolutely astounded by the customer service and meat quality! Went in 2 days before Christmas to get a slab of beef tenderloin, this was our first time at Wilkes so we weren't sure what to expect. While we waited for our tenderloin, we watched as all of the employees continued to ask who needed assistance and get customers in and out super efficiently! We couldn't leave without some of their BBQ sandwiches, which we thought needed to be a little more saucy but nonetheless good for $5! Again, because it was our first time, we didn't really know what to expect. When I unwrapped the tenderloin today to get it prepped, I was surprised to see it was already tied off with cooking twine! I had bought some to do it myself, but I really appreciated that extra step that was done without my asking. Will definitely be back and share with all of our friends!
